What to include, depending on why you are writing

A tax figure looks wrong

This is the message I most want to receive. Please include: which calculator, the exact inputs you used (salary, tax year, which deductions were switched on), the figure it showed, and the figure you expected. If you have a source — a Finance Act reference, an FBR circular, a practitioner’s tax card — include that too. Rate errors are treated as priority and fixed ahead of everything else.

Something is broken

Tell me the page, your device and browser, and what you were doing when it happened. If you can copy the address bar contents, that captures your exact inputs and makes the problem reproducible immediately.

Anything else

Suggestions for calculators or guides that are missing, requests to reuse the rate tables, press and media enquiries, or a note that something was useful — all welcome.

What I cannot help with

I cannot advise on your personal tax position, file a return on your behalf, deal with FBR on your behalf, or help with a notice or audit. This is an independent information site, not a tax practice, and giving advice on individual circumstances would be both unhelpful and outside what this site is.
